I was impressed by this company and it’s roofing crew. Raul Porto their manager took care to explain our options, and the pricing was very competitive with three other local companies. My father is law used them on his house a few years ago, and he was pleased also. We even changed the shingle color at the last minute ( sorry Raul) but they made it happen. When you need peace of mind, speed matters. American Roofing and Construction tackled house #1 in no time. They had real-time photography, which was awesome, and allowed me to virtually follow the progress. The roof looks beautiful and knowing it's built to Fortified standards is reassuring. We recently used American roofing to replace my daughter’s roof after some storm damage. We have also used them for our own home and my mother-in-law’s home. They did a fabulous job. They are very neat, cleaned up everything every day… you could barely tell they had been there each day. When they completed our roof, an awning was accidentally damaged and they replaced it… no questions asked. I would highly recommend American roofing for any of your roofing needs! Before the roofing process began, the company’s rep, Raul, provided a detailed quote for three different kinds of roofs: “good,” “better,” and “best.” I picked the “best,” which is a Fortified roof, to get a discount on my homeowner’s insurance. I got cheaper quotes for Fortified roofs from other businesses, but I chose American Roofing in part because of its amazing 10-year workmanship warranty, which proves they have a lot of confidence in their ability to install roofs that last. Other roofers I dealt with offered warranties of only 5 years or less. Also, American Roofing did my nextdoor neighbor’s roof just a week before mine and I had an opportunity to see first-hand what a great job they do. Raul was always available to answer my questions before the project began. The crew arrived at 6:30 in the morning and was well-organized and very efficient. The crew arrived promptly at 7 am and begin the removal of the old roof.  There were 7 workers who were efficient
and  respectful of our property . They moved our patio furniture out of the way laid down tarps to catch debris. Once the shingles were removed they went over the lawn with a magnet and gathered up stray nails and picked up all debris.  The shingling went quick and before 12 noon they were packed up and left the yard as the found it. We were very impressed with their attention to detail. We had four estimates and American Roofing came in at the most economical. We had checked out their reviews and found them to be a reputable company with great customer service I would recommend their service to all . American Roofing & Construction did a beautiful, professional job replacing our roof. They completed the work in one day. They were very professional. They provided excellent color photographs and an itemized receipt for proof of completed work. We were able to forward this information to our insurance company. American Roofing  & Construction recently replaced our roof including five skylights in two and a half days with a fortified roof system. Every thing on the roof was replaced including the chimney. Our home is ranch style with a large surface area roof. My wife and I am very pleased. Our neighbors were very impressed. Their quote was very professional and competitive. The roofers that previously installed the roof on my home had made many mistakes. The biggest mistake that they made is how they installed the dead valley where over time, water can enter. American Roofing corrected the problem with the right materials and installation.
